If you see a graphic you like, but not on the desired merchandise, please let us know. For example, you see a shirt you like, but would like the same design on a coffee cup, we will take down your feedback and see if we can work to offer it to you in the near future.

My t-shirt is the wrong size — can I exchange it?

Yes, we’d be happy to send you a replacement. Please follow the instructions on our returns and exchanges page, and we’ll get started on a replacement for you.

How are the t-shirts printed?

Our Apparel t-shirts are created with the latest Direct to Garment printing technology. In addition, our inks are water based and eco-friendly. This makes the feel much softer than traditional screen printed shirts, but just as durable!

We use genuine Brother GT-3, water based pigment inks. GT-3 inks are CPSIA compliant and Oeko-Tex™ certified, which means they are safe to print on youth/children’s clothing and reduce environmental waste. Also, GT-3 inks provide a high washing colorfast AATCC rating of 4.

For posters, we use Epson UltraChrome water based HDR ink-jet technology.

What payment methods are accepted?

At this time we accept payment by way of the following:

  • Debit/Credit card
  • PayPal

I ordered multiple product types. Why didn’t my whole order ship together?

Since every product is made and shipped on demand, the varying production times sometimes result in different product types being shipped separately. You will only be charged for shipping once.

Will I have to pay VAT or customs charges in addition to shipping costs?

Depending on your country, your package may incur local customs or VAT charges that we are unable to prepay or even predict.

I made a mistake in my shipping address — is it too late to change it?

If you have not yet received your tracking number, please contact us asap at wearturn@gmail.com with your name, order, current and new addresses needed and we will make sure it goes to the new address if not yet shipped.
